Working with Anthony and Ashleigh from the Regan team for the purchase of our new home was the best decision we could have made. Their knowledge and experience in the Mineola West area of Mississauga particularly was unmatched. My husband and I felt that they had a clear understanding of the changing market and with that, always worked in our best interest. We met Anthony at an open house in January. He was not a pushy salesperson, just a very knowledgeable one and easily knew his business, inside and out. He knew statistics, trends, who built which house, the quality that had been put into each home, etc. etc. etc. We had a meeting with him shortly thereafter and signed on. This was our 7th sale of a home and no one had impressed us more with his knowledge. Well — then his teammate, Ashleigh joined us and with her incredibly ability to swiftly respond to our needs, we were able to overcome a number of obstacles in getting our house ready for market in a very short time. We purchased a new home long before we were ready to put ours on the market and she was front and centre 24/7! Her response to our needs was above and beyond! I can tell you — this team is the BEST! Never have we had someone better!. To say we recommend them would be an understatement! We would give 10 stars if we could!

We moved from the volatile market of BC to the volatile market of Ontario. We were fortunate to have Anthony and Ashleigh recommended to us- it proved a very successful association and we found a wonderful house, exactly what we were searching, at an awesome price. The whole experience was educational- for us to learn the local market and what price points meant, and for Anthony and Ashleigh to learn what our preferences and idiosyncrasies were. This Regan Team were extremely knowledgeable not just about the market, but about background info on various neighbourhoods, future plans, and details such as train schedules and traffic commuting volumes. They were extremely patient and accommodating as we made several trips out east to forage for real estate. They never hesitated to investigate houses we whimsically entertained as potential–and equally tracked down houses soon to be on the market and made them available for our trips. They provided all the other details of purchasing a house- many outside their roles…. such as recommending renovators, landscapers, electricians, lawyers, and schools. Anthony and Ashleigh are extremely hard-working, affable, knowledgeable and accommodating. You will not find a better team to help you buy (or sell) your desired house.

I am very grateful that Anthony was my Agent. I moved to Toronto in the middle of the pandemic, didn’t know my way around the city, and had a long list of preferences. Anthony provided excellent guidance about locations, expert assessment of features and failures for over 20 properties that we viewed. With his expertise, I secured my “dream come true” condo. Whenever I am ready to sell, I’ll be calling Anthony 🙂
